Capital Industrial, the largest owner of light industrial units in London, approached us for expert help with an existing WordPress website that had become difficult to manage reliably.

The immediate priorities were to stabilise a mission-critical property data integration, reduce unnecessary technical overhead and improve a property website that had become increasingly burdensome for the internal team to maintain.

A more reliable WordPress platform

As part of the website migration, we moved the site from AWS to Kinsta without downtime. Replatforming it onto a leading managed WordPress host reduced the ongoing complexity of maintaining its infrastructure while providing a more stable, secure and performant foundation.

The migration also gave us a stronger base from which to diagnose existing issues and make further improvements to the website.

Stabilising the Rightmove integration

The most important part of the takeover was improving Capital Industrial’s Rightmove integration. The website relies on this connection to synchronise property information from the external platform, making its stability essential to both the customer experience and the internal team’s day-to-day work.

We strengthened the integration and resolved issues affecting the reliability of the data sync. Property information can now flow more consistently between systems, reducing manual intervention and the time required to keep listings accurate and up to date.

Ongoing improvement

Alongside the integration work, we have continued to deliver bug fixes, technical enhancements and performance improvements across the website.
