ROI Calculator

We developed a feature-rich ROI Calculator for LoyaltyLion to provide users with accurate, actionable insights into the potential revenue impact of their loyalty programs. We have created an intuitive asset for businesses evaluating LoyaltyLion’s platform, looking to make data-driven decisions.

The tool begins with four key inputs, such as monthly order volume and average order value. Using a detailed and highly complex calculation model, the calculator delivers key metrics, including Estimated Yearly Revenue Uplift and New Redeeming Members Per Year. These results give businesses a clear understanding of their expected ROI.

Users can unlock additional advanced metrics by submitting their name and email through a short form. Once submitted, the advanced analytics are displayed as illustrative graphs, providing deeper insights into program performance and growth potential.

To enhance usability, the tool generates a shareable URL containing the user’s input values as query parameters. This allows users to save their results and revisit the full breakdown instantly, bypassing the input and form submission steps.

We also developed a supplementary slider widget for quick estimates, that can be dropped into any content layout and invite active interaction. In this simplified interface the user drags a range slider to get instantaneous feedback on how monthly order volume correlates to revenue uplift, based on some hardcoded assumptions rather than personalised user inputs. This widget helps to direct traffic to the full featured ROI Calculator.

Blog refresh

With a large volume of high-ranking articles, LoyaltyLion’s blog is both a valuable resource and a key driver of organic traffic. However, its existing archive and single post templates lacked the structure and features needed to maximise engagement, readability and SEO performance. We refreshed the content experience with a more intuitive, better organised and higher-performing design that strengthens brand authority, supports discovery and makes the blog easier to navigate.

Key enhancements include:

Expanded metadata

Each post now prominently displays key details like publish date, last modified date, and author information (avatar, name, bio, LinkedIn link), all sourced dynamically from a dedicated WP author post type.

Improved navigation

A breadcrumb trail highlights the category and subcategory of each article, helping users understand context at a glance.

Enhanced readability

A progress bar at the top of the window orients users as they scroll, while upgraded typography improves clarity and scanability.

Interactive sidebar

A sticky sidebar houses a social sharing module, newsletter signup, and an automatically generated table of contents. The TOC follows a hierarchical structure, nesting H3s under their respective H2s for seamless navigation.

Contextual recommendations

A related articles section surfaces relevant content dynamically, keeping users engaged and driving further discovery.
