Birketts, a UK top 60 law firm, needed a new website as the first phase of a wider redesign and rebranding project. Working alongside Birketts’ design partner, Industry, we developed a fully bespoke WordPress website with bespoke Gutenberg blocks at the heart of everything. This approach gives the Birketts team complete creative control and the autonomy to evolve their content. No longer are they heavily reliant on external developers to enact changes; they are free to iterate the site to match the demands of the business, as well as accessing and repurposing content from across the site without needless duplication.
In collaboration with Industry, we baked intuitive functionality into the design, and as a result Birketts now have one of the best-rounded websites in the legal sector. Users can easily explore people, sectors, services and insights. Advanced integration with Eventbrite makes event registration a breeze. Form and function all work in service of strong SEO performance, to pass Google’s all-important Core Web Vitals for both desktop and mobile with strong PageSpeed Insight scores, setting this new website up for high discoverability, low bounce rates and improved client retention.
